On the day, we work in an unobtrusive way. Our style focuses not just on the traditional photographs you might expect, but also on capturing the atmosphere, feeling and fun of the day as experienced by you, your family, friends and guests.
Once you’ve chosen us as your wedding photographer, this is typically how we would proceed:
Before the wedding
An initial meeting gives us a chance to discuss your plans and expectations. We can share our views and make sure that your specific requirements are understood and clarified. We’ll then visit all the locations for the event to ensure we’re fully prepared.
The pre-wedding shoot
Usually a couple of months before the wedding itself, we conduct a pre-wedding shoot which gives you the chance to have a great set of shots before the wedding and also to understand how we work along with what you can expect on the day. This really helps to put you at ease in front of the camera and almost always leads to better pictures on the wedding day itself.
On the day
On your wedding day, our coverage begins in the morning with the preparations and the bride and groom getting ready. We use two photographers to make sure we can do this effectively. We cover the build-up, the ceremony, the formal shots as necessary and carry on through until after the beginning of the reception celebrations. Optionally, we can continue later to cover the speeches and the first dance.
Producing your album, books, prints, art
After the wedding day, we work to produce the images and present them in the finest hand-made wedding albums or coffee-table books. These can be completely personalised and we’ll work with you to ensure you receive exactly the album or book you desire. Typically, a hand-made album will include between 40-50 photos although options exist to add more if you wish. We can also provide additional albums, both full size and half-size for family and other special people if desired. Of course, we don’t stop at albums. How about some large prints, canvas, acrylics or a photo DVD? All these and more are possible. Just let us know what you would like.
Services for your guests
At no extra cost to you, your wedding pictures can also be placed online here on our website in a protected area where they can be viewed by your guests. Family and friends from around the world can then easily view (and optionally purchase reprints) if they so wish. We can even go further and create a ‘wedding website’ for you. Here, we can place details of the wedding in advance including directions, arrangements, and any other information you would like to provide for your guests before and after your wedding.
Something extra
Why not consider doing something different? It’s really down to you! If you would like some prints for your partner before the big day, or a ‘trash the dress’ session a few weeks after the event, we’re here to help you realise exactly the pictures you want and to give you something really memorable – whatever your ideas.
Our prices
We’ll build our package around your needs. Typically, our wedding packages cost from £2495 depending on your needs and your album choice. We’ll agree full details with you upfront and the price won’t change.
